The Toki was a traditional Maori tool for cutting and digging. As a pendant, it represents strength and courage, a symbol of achiever.

The Koru is a traditional Maori pattern which derived from new growing fern. When koru applied to art and crafts, it could represent meanings of new beginning, growth and harmony.
